Mobile wastewater treatment system
We filter wastewater for discharge and reuse in the cycle
Product
The mobile system integrated in a compact steel box is able to condition concrete and construction site wastewater of up to 200 l/min and, after sedimentation in a skip, make it available as clear water for discharge. Fully automatic, flexible and sustainable.
The compact design on a footprint of 1.1 x 1.7 m and the low weight of approx. 1,000 kg allow 100% mobility. With just a few simple steps, the fully automatic water treatment system can be set up on any construction site in any climate zone around the world.
The functional processes of the water treatment system are controlled fully automatically. The pH value is permanently monitored and regulated if necessary.
The mobile Reprotex wastewater treatment systems are Made in Austria by domestic specialists.
With the optional sedimentation skip and the compact filter unit, consisting of a sand and bag filter, the clear water after the ELA 200 can be fed back into a work process with the required water quality of 10 μm particle size and a flow rate of 100 l/min, for sustainable circulation.
The mobile Reprotex wastewater treatment system is available under the product name ELA 200.

Operating principle
ELA mobile water treatment is based on a chemical process in which the particle-laden wastewater is pumped through a stainless steel pipe meander and a flocculant, a polymer solution and CO2 for pH neutralization are introduced via injection points. In the pipeline, this mixture is swirled in several static mixers and discharged in this conditioned form.
The dosing of the operating materials is proportional to the flow rate and can be parameterized accordingly via the PLC
The process is visualized on the monitor and all process-related measured values are displayed. An integrated diagram menu displays the pH value curve over the flow rate and saves it as a log file.
This mixture can settle in a downstream skip, and the rising clear phase can either be discharged or fed back into the circuit after passing through the optional filter unit.
Applications
The ELA mobile wastewater treatment system is primarily used in the construction and concrete sectors, as this is where a lot of particle-laden wastewater is produced that cannot be discharged untreated. Thanks to the high throughput range of up to 12m³ per hour, both smaller construction sites and large construction sites can use this environmentally friendly technology. But even in areas with lower pressure applications and as wash water, only clear water can be used.
